Privacy Policy
Effective November 1, 2026 · Last updated November 1, 2026
The short version: We collect what you give us and what we need to manage your Google Ads. We don’t sell personal information. Our AI agent processes client data through Anthropic’s Claude, and Anthropic may not train its models on that data. We never use one client’s data for another client unless that client opts in, in writing. Client account data is deleted within 90 days after our agreement ends, with the exceptions listed below.

1. Who we are
Davichon LLC (“Davichon,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida limited liability company that provides AI-powered Google Ads management. This policy covers davichon.com, our booking and intake forms, email and phone contact, and the services we provide to clients.
For client account data, including any personal information about your own customers that sits in your Google Ads account, analytics or CRM, we act as your service provider and process it on your behalf under our written agreement with you.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Booking a call: name, email address, industry and, if you choose, phone number, collected through our Google Calendar booking page.
- Contacting us: anything you include in an email, phone call or message.
- Becoming a client: your signed agreement and the details on our intake form, such as business goals, margins, lead or customer values, tracking setup, account history and billing contacts.
Client account data
When you hire us, you link your Google Ads account to the Davichon manager account and, if you choose, give us user access to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or your CRM. Through that access we read campaign, keyword, search term, ad, audience, budget, conversion and performance data. Some of it, such as CRM leads or customer lists, may include personal information about your customers.
We never ask for your Google account password.
Information collected automatically
When you visit davichon.com, our hosting provider and the tools described in section 7 collect technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and approximate location.
3. How we use information
- To reply to you, schedule calls and decide together whether our services fit.
- To provide our services: monitoring, health checks, reporting, recommendations and approved changes to your account.
- To bill you and manage our agreement.
- To measure and improve davichon.com and our own advertising.
- To keep our systems secure and comply with the law.
We use client account data only to serve that client, except as described in section 5 for clients who opt in.
4. How our AI agent handles data
Our AI agent analyzes client account data to find problems, write recommendations and carry out approved changes. It also reads and drafts replies to emails clients send to their agent.
- Who approves changes: on the AI Agent plan, your team approves each recommended change before the agent makes it. On the AI Agent + Strategist plan, a Davichon strategist approves changes on your behalf. Monitoring, alerts and reports run without approval because they don’t change your account.
- What the agent can’t do: the agent’s access is limited so it cannot change billing settings, manage account users or permanently delete campaign history.
- AI provider: to do this work we send client account data and client emails to Anthropic’s Claude API. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, Anthropic may not train its models on this data. Anthropic generally deletes it within 30 days, but may keep content its systems flag for safety review for up to 2 years, as described in Anthropic’s retention policy.
- No training: we do not train or fine-tune any AI model on client data, and we do not let our AI providers do so.
- Human review: Davichon staff read client data and agent output when you have agreed to it in our service agreement, to check the agent’s work, or for security and legal reasons.
5. Model improvement program
We do not use one client’s data to benefit another client unless that client opts in. Clients can join our model improvement program through a separate checkbox in their service agreement, which is unchecked by default. If you opt in:
- We use only aggregated, de-identified Google Ads and Google Analytics performance metrics, such as cost-per-click ranges or the results of bid changes, to build benchmarks and improve the rules our agent follows.
- We never include your business name, ad copy, emails, customer lists, CRM records or any personal information.
- Nothing we produce from the program will identify you.
- You can withdraw at any time. Withdrawal stops future use of your data.
Email content and any data from Google Workspace are never part of this program.
6. Google user data
Davichon’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide the services you asked for and the features that serve you.
- We transfer it only to the service providers in section 9 as needed to provide those services, or as required by law.
- We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers.
- We do not use Google Workspace data, including email, to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
To remove our access: unlink the Davichon manager account in Google Ads (Admin, then Access and security, then Managers), and remove Davichon users from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. You can also email us and we will remove our access within 2 business days.
7. Cookies, advertising and Do Not Track
davichon.com uses Google Tag Manager to load these Google tools:
- Google Analytics 4 measures how visitors use the site, using first-party cookies. We do not send names, emails or phone numbers to Google Analytics.
- Google Ads conversion tracking measures whether our ads lead to booked calls.
- Google Ads remarketing and Google Analytics advertising features, including Google signals, may let Google show you our ads on other sites after you visit ours, using first-party and third-party cookies.
This means Google, as a third party, may collect information about your activity on davichon.com and on other sites over time. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your options: turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or block cookies in your browser.
Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out and turn off advertising cookies and remarketing for your visit.
Do Not Track: there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, so we don’t respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described above.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland: we ask for your consent before setting analytics or advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie choices” link at the bottom of every page.
8. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only:
- with the service providers listed in section 9, who may use it only to provide their services to us;
- with Google, as described in section 7, for site analytics and our own advertising;
- with others you ask us to work with, such as your agency, developer or CRM provider;
- when required by law or to protect our rights, our clients or others;
- in a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, subject to this policy.

11. Security and breach notice
We protect information with multi-factor authentication, limited access permissions, encrypted devices and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure. If a security breach affects your information, we will notify you as Florida law and our agreements require. Clients will hear from us within 72 hours of our confirming a breach that affects their data.

If we receive a request about data we hold for a client, such as from one of the client’s own customers, we will pass it to that client and help them respond.
13. Children, location and changes
Children: our site and services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Location: we are based in the United States, and we and our providers process information in the United States.
